My mother in law was using the vacuum cleaner and know i cant get the barrell off to empty it. I cant see if its caught on anything and not sure how I would go about fixing it or who could fix it?? Help! Its mega expensive and Ive only had it 3 weeks!!

Borrow a vacuum at least once a week. Sprinkle with baking soda prior to vacuuming to pull out accumulated odors.
Use a carpet sweeper regularly.
